Shipping policy

Every Hype House piece is printed on demand and made to order in the USA by our partner print providers. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow for production time before your order ships.

Production time
Orders are usually produced within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders containing several items may be produced by different partners and can arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time
Within the United States, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and destination. International delivery, where available, takes longer and is shown at checkout.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Address and delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it seems lost in transit, contact us and we will help with the carrier.
